Description:

Prednisolone is a corticosteroid known as a glucocorticoid. Corticosteroids are meant to resemble a naturally occurring hormone produced in the adrenal cortex, cortisol. Corticosteroids act on the immune system by blocking the production of substances that trigger inflammatory and immune responses.

Indications and Usage:

Prednisolone Acetate B Vet C Injection used as an aid in the treatment of primary ketosis in dairy cattle and rheumatoid arthritis, bursitis, and other joint inflammatory conditions in cattle, horses and dogs. Prednisolone is also indicated in dogs in conjunction with antibacterial agents when appropriate, to relieve inflammatory conditions of the skin and ear and as supportive therapy during post-operative stress conditions.

Prednisolone Acetate B Vet C Injection is used in the treatment of :
Ketosis in cattle; bursitis, rheumatoid arthritis
Horses; joint inflammation involving ligaments 
Dogs; dermatitis, inflammatory conditions of joints.
