Description:
Sodium Feredetate Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 Tablets is water-soluble and highly bioavailable form of iron. The mean iron absorption of iron EDTA is considered to be approximately three times higher than ferrous sulphate. Low doses of sodium federate produce comparable result as higher doses of ferrous fumerate.
Indications and Usage:
Sodium Feredetate Folic Acid and Vitamin B12 Tablets can be used in the treatment of following conditions:
Iron deficiency anaemia.
Pernicious and Megaloblastic anaemia.
Anaemia during pregnancy.
Severe blood loss during heavy menstruation and surgery.
Anaemia secondary to rheumatoid arthritis.
