Description:

Diclofenac sodium is a non steroidal anti - inflammatory drug that helps relieve pain, stiffness, and swelling caused by several types of arthritis, including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
Thiocolchicoside (THC) is used clinically for its muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, and analgesic properties, and it has been shown to interact with g-amino butyric acid (GABA) type a receptors (GABA-ARs) and strychnine sensitive Glycine receptors in the rat central nervous system.
It acts as a competitive GABAA receptor antagonist and also inhibits glycine receptors with similar potency and nicotinic acetylcholine receptors to a much lesser extent. It has powerful convulsant activity and should not be used in seizureprone individuals.

Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. Reducing these symptoms helps you do more of your normal daily activities. This medication is known as a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).
